Private Sector Membership is open to all other employment groups – trade associations, law firms, government relations firms, insurance cos, banks, academia, etc.
By becoming a member of the Financial Services Professionals (“FSP”) and/or attending any FSP-hosted event, you acknowledge and agree that FSP, its employees, agents, and authorized representatives may record, photograph, or otherwise capture your image, voice, name, and likeness. You grant FSP a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use these materials for purposes consistent with FSP’s mission, including but not limited to marketing, publicity, websites, social media, digital platforms, and other promotional materials. All such materials shall be the sole property of FSP, and you waive any right to inspect or approve their use, as well as any claim to compensation or royalties related to their use in perpetuity.
