Todd L. Cranford

  

Todd L. Cranford has more than 20 years of financial services experience in both private and public-sector roles and currently serves as Associate Director, Stakeholder Relations at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), which oversees the audits of public companies as well as the audits of SEC-registered brokers and dealers. Prior to assuming this role at the PCAOB, Mr. Cranford served as Board Counsel to Board Member Anthony C. Thompson.  Mr. Cranford’s previous experience includes senior roles as Head of Government Affairs & External Relations for the Financial Accounting Foundation, Director of Government Affairs with the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., Of Counsel with the international law firm Patton Boggs LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs), Senior Counsel on the House Financial Services Committee, and Senior Counsel in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement. He was also a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Anna Diggs Taylor (EDMI). Mr. Cranford is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Columbia Law School.
