FSP Mourns the Passing of Executive Director and Board Member Quincy Enoch
Washington, D.C., — Financial Services Professionals (FSP) released the following statement on the passing of FSP’s Executive Director and Board Member Quincy Enoch:
It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our esteemed Executive Director and Board member, Quincy Enoch, over the weekend. Quincy was a dedicated leader, a passionate advocate, and a valued member of our organization who profoundly shaped our organization and the broader financial services community. His leadership and unwavering commitment to Financial Services Professionals (FSP) left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working with him.
FSP Board Chair De’Ana Dow stated, “Quincy was FSP’s most vocal, dedicated, and steadfast champion and truly invaluable Board member. As Executive Director, Quincy gave his all, going above and beyond the call of duty, building FSP into the respected organization that it is today. I am extremely grateful for his many contributions to FSP, which will continue to inspire us. He will never be forgotten.”
Prominent leaders who worked closely with Quincy have shared their condolences and reflections on his legacy.
Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA) stated, “He was one of the most highly respected lobbyists in Washington.” She further stated, “Quincy was an honest broker and always could be counted on to present information in a clear and thoughtful way.”
Congressman Gregory Meeks (D-NY) added: “Some people walk through life quietly, but Quincy walked with purpose—with a heart full of compassion and a voice that never wavered. Quincy always found the good in people and used that skill to build bridges and unite us under a common purpose. He will forever be missed.”
